WILL MY ORDER TAKE 1-2 WEEKS?
For most products it will not take 1-2 weeks, at the longest 1 1/2 weeks. But please give 2 weeks at the most for customized orders. If you needed a sooner time, please let me know before your order.
WHAT IF I HAVE A CUSTOM ORDER?
If you have a custom order feel free to message me and I can give you the steps on how to order and pricing!
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
The price in each of my products either comes with free shipping or have the shipping rates included in the prices. Majority of orders over $5.00 will come with USPS tracking.
WHAT IF MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED?
USPS has been having issues with shipping packages on time. Orders over $5.00 will come with a tracking number and that is the only information I have as a seller. To help both customers and I to work efficiently please check your tracking number before messaging me. What I recommend is opening up a ticket with USPS, to find your missing mail and to track it.
If your order did not come with a tracking, please message me when your order has been past a couple days of scheduled delivery.Â
Please expect packages to be delayed.
